I wanted to personally thank the service rep that assisted me Regina. She took care of my issue quickly and was abke to overnight me a new Flex Tilt Head. She changed my experience with this product completley and I was able to use the head to get nigh timelapses of the Milky Way that I am thrilled with! Regina deserves a raise she was extremly kind and caring and I cannot thank her enough!
